Wedding, Portrait, Event and Commercial Photography by Nigel and Sonia
Hi! we are a husband and wife team, who took on ACS Photography way back in 2002.
Our delightful Riverside Studio is located on the border of Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire and 10 miles from Rutland.
Having moved from SW London, where much of our initial Photographic training came from,
We were one of the first in the area to provide ‘on site printing’ with a mobile studio,
especially useful for events such as ‘Prom Nights’ and special Charity Functions.
Having managed 2 Photographic studios in central London prior to coming to Deeping
we also were in a position to offer a great service for Portrait and Wedding Photography.
Prior to London, I spent 2 1/2 years at sea as a cruise ship Photographer.
In all, I have been earning my living as a Photographer for just over 30 years.
I love - exploring new places, keeping fit, DIY and my achilles heel - Cakes and Chocolate (who doesn't?)
Sonia is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, a far cry from the quiet laid back town of Deeping.
When she is not working in the Studio, you will often find her in the kitchen,
conjuring up some delicous dish or cake, inspired by her Italian Grandmother (or perhaps the internet).
She likes Brazillian music, exploring new places, doing 'lunch with the girls' and watching Dramas on TV.

My other passions are Wildlife and Landscape Photography (OK, so it’s just another form of Photography)
You will quite often find me in the local nature reserves snapping away at anything that catches my eye, whether it be
the local deer, birds or perhaps a tiny Insect on a flower...

Birthday Portrait Parties
A novel idea, and a great way for your child to have fun and celebrate their birthday with their friends.
Your child, and up to 8 of their friends, can come along to the studio, pose away to their hearts content and have photos taken in the process.
Flattering individual pictures of the Birthday Girl or Boy will be taken alongside a bunch of informal group poses.
You can make the session more interesting by bringing along accessories such as sunglasses, hats, wigs, fun clothes (onezees, T-shirts, shorts, seasonal outfits etc).
Most guests come along with a ‘Casual look’ with the option of an outfit change, sometimes dressed up in their elegant Party frocks, other times,
just their Pyjamas and Onezees.
Each session will last about one and a half hours, which will include a half-time break for some refreshing Fruit squash and fresh popcorn.
Age range for our parties tend to be between 7-15 years old but can also be adapted for ‘Hen nights’, ‘pre Prom nights’ and even ‘Stag do’s’.
Why not invite Brothers and Sisters along, perhaps dad as well, and have a family photo at the same time.
As part of the package,
each guest will receive an 8x6” print in a folder of their group, and the birthday Girl (or boy) will receive an additional 8x6” print of themselves.
You will also have the option of buying the images from the Party for just £20.
These will be fully edited and enhanced, and you will be able to print your own photos from them if you wished,
Cost of all this fun and activity is £11 per person with a maximum of £99 for 9 people.
Minimum charge is £55. A Deposit of 50% is normally required to secure the date.
