What is my approach to photographing weddings?
My aim is to capture the real spirit and atmosphere of your day, telling the story as it happens, using plenty of natural and candid style shots To compliment your more traditional group shots.
I will be working quickly and efficiently to give you the best record possible of your wonderful day with minimal disruption to the days activities.
Rest assured, I will be taking many pictures! Using creativity and experience, I aim to capture everything that goes on from the time I arrive to the time I have to say farewell.
Emphasis will be on getting as many informal 'non-static' shots as possible, as well as artistic close-ups and items such as the brides dress, shoes, garter, jewellery, flowers, cake and table decorations etc.
Using our range of fine quality albums you will be presented with a permanent and stunning reminder of one of the greatest days of your life.
Your wedding
No doubt by now, you have decided on a date, selected a venue and more than likely picked out your dress and now you have the daunting task of choosing the right wedding photographer for you.
In my somewhat biased opinion, selecting your photographer should not be undertaken lightly. As your wedding photographs are usually the only reminder of your day this is not an area of your wedding budget you should be skimping on.
Take time to decide on what you really are after in terms of style and quality. This is important, as choosing a wedding photographer purely on price alone is a recipe for disappointment.
About your photographer
Photography has been my life for more than 20 years, at least 8 years of which I have spent concentrating on Weddings and studio portraiture.
Learning a lot of my trade in London, I decided 7 years ago to take on the challenge of running my own studio up here in Deeping St James. Thankfully, despite a major fire and a worldwide recession we are still here and looking forward to many more successful years at the helm of acs.
I must not however, take all the credit for the continued success of the business. My wife Sonia has been there to help me every step of the way, so I am eternally grateful for all her help over the years.
Between us, we strive to give our customers the best service possible, keeping up with current styles and methods of presentation and giving value for money in everything we do.
