Portrait photography

At acs photography we want you to enjoy your time with us. To aid us, we have a modern, fully equiped studio with toys for the children and plenty of ideas for getting the best out of everbody we photograph.

There is no limit on the number of shots taken, and plenty of time given enabling us to get the most natural and relaxed expressions possible from even the most timid of customers.

By engaging children in ‘play’ and ‘activities’ in the studio we want them not only to go away having enjoyed their experience with us but have a wonderful set of images for parents to enjoy.

We will work at your pace and will be more than happy to take on board anything you or your family may have in mind. Using the photographers skill and experience together with a little artistic image enhancement we will be presenting you with some stunning looking images on your return.

Your photoshoot will normally last around 40-60 minutes with the results ready about one week later.

Viewing your pictures

Your images will be shown to you on a large monitor in our viewing room. You will have the choice of buying images either individually, as a collection of images within the same Frame (Collage) or any of our other display options, such as, your image printed on to a Canvas or sandwiched into an Acrylic frame.

Some tips on what to wear

We suggest avoiding busy patterns on your clothes, especially in groups, as these can look confusing to the eye. Classic simple clothes that won’t date easily are better e.g. jeans and plain shirts or blouses, Pastel colours work well or for a more contemporary look, try a mixture of primary colours (eg blue, green and red).

However, to avoid standing out like a sore thumb in a group photo, best to avoid red in a group photo.
